Marcia Ferguson > Finding new athletic worlds

Marcia Ferguson is at an age when most athletes have long since retired and can usually be found sitting in a comfortable chair parked in front of a wide screen TV reminiscing about their glory days to whomever will listen. Iron Vic Steele Bites Back

Virginia Mark has written another long letter addressing the issue of 20-set per body part weight training; in his first letter Mark unequivocally accused me of ‘irresponsible journalism’ for recommending a 20-set per body part training regimen to anyone other than a steroid monster. I can’t decide how best to respond to his follow-up letter because it raises so many refutable points that I literally could use all 26-pages of the Parrillo Performance Press to dispute every single one of his contentions and assertions – with one or two exceptions. Since Virginia Mark’s letter is two and a half pages long, I’ll excerpt Mark’s contentions before offering my slam-dunk counter-arguments. This will be for the readers benefit as I labor under not the slightest illusion that anything I say will dent any part of Virginia Mark’s cranium to any significant degree.
