Don’t cherry pick the Parrillo principles

Most every bodybuilder I talk with (and I talk with dozens each and every month) are passionately interested in learning more about the Parrillo approach to bodybuilding. Few have any problem understanding the basic tenants of our philosophy. Most every bodybuilder I talk with find our methods quite simple to grasp when the individual elements are explained and examined one at a time. I have never had a problem communicating the philosophies because they are not complex, obscure, esoteric or mysterious in the slightest; on the contrary the Parrillo Principles are easy to understand because they are rooted in basic biology and science; every principle is grounded in commonsense. Yet a sizable percentage of bodybuilders who profess to use the Parrillo Principles fail to make truly significant progress.

Each has its own specific role in the body, yet no vitamin or mineral acts alone. They must all be present in certain amounts to maintain good health.
