Lydia Haskell > Figure Force

It should come as no great surprise that Lydia Haskell has risen to the top of the new sport of Figure in such a remarkably short time. She is a former NFL cheerleader and coach for the Arizona State University basketball dance squad who is a successful group fitness instructor, business woman, mother and wife. Lydia has competed in both bodybuilding and Fitness competition and her success in Figure was entirely predictable. Figure competition might be unfamiliar to most readers since it is the newest and latest addition to the world of competitive fitness events. In three short years Figure competitions have gone from an iffy proposition to incredibly popular. The number of competitors and competitions has skyrocketed and audience attendance has multiplied at a phenomenal rate.

You can do without them!”
